Seawheeze Training Week 2

Two days late but thats just the week it’s been.

On the Seawheeze schedule for last week was:

  • 5/15- 20 Min Easy Run
  • 5/16- Strengthen Your Stride Workout
  • 5/17- 5×30 Sec Interval Run w/ 1 Min Recovery
  • 5/18- Strengthen Your Stride Workout
  • 5/19- Rest Day
  • 5/20- 8km
  • 5/21- 20 Easy Run and Yoga

What I actually Did:

  • 5/15- Rest
  • 5/16- 20 Min Easy Run and 50 Min Spin Class
  • 5/17- 5×30 Sec Interval Run w/ 1 Min Recovery
  • 5/18- 50 Min Spin Class
  • 5/19- 20 Min Walk
  • 5/20- 45 Min Spin Class @ Studio Three
  • 5/21- 2 Mile Run and 60 Min Spin Class @ Studio Threevsco_052117-1

I haven’t hit my long runs in two weeks now so my goal for this week is to run the planned 6.2 miles. BUT I did have a lot of physical activity with all of the spin classes and walking around Chicago for the weekend so I don’t feel bad about it.

This is a new week and I’m gonna make it all happen including a review of Studio Three in Chicago.
